Weight changes during perimenopause and menopause are often driven by hormonal shifts — not just lifestyle. Josie offers dedicated care paths for each.

Hormonal shifts can affect weight, energy, sleep, and mood. A licensed provider reviews your intake to discuss hormone replacement therapy options when clinically appropriate.

We offer a range of GLP-1 based medications including compounded Semaglutide (injection and oral capsule), compounded Tirzepatide (injection and capsule), and branded options like Wegovy® and Zepbound®. Your provider will recommend the best option based on your health profile and goals.
Plans are billed upfront for your chosen supply length — 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. The monthly price shown on each product card reflects the 12-month plan, which offers the lowest monthly cost. Shorter supply lengths are available at checkout. One important thing: your price never increases as your dose goes up. You pay the same flat rate for your plan regardless of where you are in the titration schedule.
GLP-1 receptor agonists mimic a natural gut hormone that helps regulate appetite and blood sugar. They reduce hunger, slow digestion, and support sustainable weight loss. Compounded medications are prepared by FDA-registered compounding pharmacies to your provider's specifications. Compounded medications are not approved by the FDA. Microdosing is not approved by the FDA.
The most common side effects include nausea, mild digestive discomfort, and reduced appetite, particularly during the early weeks of dose escalation. These typically improve over time. Your provider will guide you through a gradual titration schedule to help minimize any discomfort.
Click "Start Your Intake," answer a few questions about your health, and a licensed provider will review your information and build a personalized care plan, typically within 24 to 48 hours. Your medication ships directly to your door.
Eligibility is based on your full health history, medical background, and weight management goals. A licensed provider will review your information and determine whether GLP-1 therapy is appropriate for you during your clinical assessment. No in-person visit is required.
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist, while Tirzepatide is a dual GLP-1/GIP agonist that targets two hormone pathways. Tirzepatide may provide greater appetite suppression and weight loss for some patients. Your provider will recommend the right option based on your goals and health history.
Results vary by individual, medication, and adherence to your care plan. Clinical studies show GLP-1 therapy can support significant weight loss over time when combined with healthy lifestyle habits. Your provider will monitor your progress and adjust your plan as needed.
Your provider will start you on a low dose and gradually increase it based on your response and tolerance, a process called dose titration. This approach helps minimize side effects and allows your body to adjust comfortably to the medication. Your price never changes as your dose increases — you pay the same flat rate for your plan from start to finish.
