Josie is a trade name of One Eleven Nutrition LLC. In this document, “Josie,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to One Eleven Nutrition LLC, doing business as Josie. Josie operates on the CareValidate telehealth platform. Clinical services are delivered by licensed providers who are employed or engaged by CareValidate, not by One Eleven Nutrition LLC, and those providers are solely responsible for all clinical decisions, including whether to prescribe. If prescribed, medications are dispensed by an independent licensed pharmacy.
